Shipping & Returns

 

Standard Delivery £3.99

You will receive your parcel within 3 to 5 working days (Mon-Fri)

 

Next Day Delivery £7.99 

Order before 1pm and your parcel will be dispatched on the day of order to arrive with you by 7pm the next working day* (orders placed after 1pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on Fri and delivered the next working day being Monday, orders placed after 1pm Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day) .

 

Working Days

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

The above delivery schedule is should only be used as a guide, during busy periods or following a bank holiday delivery timescales may be longer. If you live in a remote area e.g. The Highlands or Northern Ireland please allow at least one extra working day. 

Our shipping is Monday-Friday, we do not dispatch parcels during weekends or on bank holidays. For orders placed after 1pm on a Friday your parcel will dispatched the following Monday. Orders placed on a bank holiday will dispatched the next working day.

During busy periods please allow extra time to receive your order.

 

Order Queries

If you have a query about an order you have not received in the timescale expected, please call us on 01904 705050, or email us at info@littlecelebrationco.co.uk. Please notify us as soon as possible in the event of a delay and we will investigate and try to resolve it. Unfortunately we cannot be held accountable for delayed items. 

 

Returns

Our returns policy is 14 days from receipt of item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return we require a proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made using your original method of payment. 

If you haven’t received an agreed refund, first please check your account again as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have tried this and you still have not received your refund yet please contact us on 01904 705050.

 

Exchanges, Breakages and Incorrect Items

 

Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within three days of delivery. Please do not reject parcels from the courier because you suspect the goods are broken or damaged, please accept the delivery and contact us. Please note we may ask for photographic evidence of a breakage or an incorrect item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if an incorrect item has been sent.  If you need to organise an exchange due to the incorrect item being sent, please send us an email at xxxxx.

 

Purchases from our Affiliate Site

Please note, all articles ordered and delivered from from our personalized goods affiliate site are governed by the terms and conditions found on that site.

 

Shipping returns and exchanges

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Mulberry House, Westfield Court, Copmanthorpe, York YO23 3TA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please note, if you are shipping an item of value you should consider using a tracked postal service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

International Deliveries
